Rates for 2010 Apart from the single room, all rooms are en suite.
Discounts We give a 5% discount on stays of four, five or six nights.
SPECIAL OFFER Seven nights for the price of six.
There is a minimum of two night's stay at weekends in high season, and of three night's stay over some bank holiday weekends.
No charge for small children sleeping in own cot and bedding and not requiring cooked breakfast. |

How to Book

ROOM 1 Cosy en-suite double room with stylish decor and up to date en-suite shower room and feature reclaimed timber headboard.. With tea and coffee making facilities and flatscreen Freeview television. This room is up one flight of stairs and is the most easily accessible room in the house.
ROOM 2 Spacious first floor room suitable for families (double and single beds, plus good sized pull out single bed) or for twin or double occupancy. With stylish decor and flatscreen Freeview television, and tea and coffee making facilities. En-suite shower room.
Prices for children (sharing with two adults): 1-10 years £10.00 per night; 11-15 years £15.00 per night;, 16-18 years £20.00 per night.
ROOM 3 Large sunny room at the front of the house with full en-suite bathroom with Edwardian slipper bath and separate shower. King sized brass bed, handmade furniture and seating area in bay window with view of Oliver's Mount and towards the sea. Plus tea and coffee making facilities and flatscreen Freeview television.
Note: This room can also be used as a family 'suite' with Room 4 which is next door - please call for details.
ROOM 4 Sunny single room on the first floor at the front of the house. With flatscreen Freeview television and tea and coffee making facilities and feature reclaimed wood headboard. Private bathroom with shower and toilet is along the hall. A handwash basin is in the room.
Note: This room could accommodate two older children with parents or grandparents staying in Room 3 - please call.
ROOM 5 Large stylish second floor room suitable for double, twin, or family of three (double bed plus single bed). With handmade furniture and feature reclaimed timber headboards and bedside tables. En-suite with 'rainwater' shower. Flatscreen Freeview television and tea and coffee making facilities.

ROOM 6 Sunny double room with king sized brass bed. At the front of the house, with stylish decor, handmde furniture and en-suite with rainwater shower. Flatscreen Freeview television and tea and coffee making facilities.
ROOM 7 Double room at the front of the house with stylish decor and handmade furniture including feature reclaimed timber bedhead. En-suite plus screened shower cubicle in room. With flatscreen Freeview television and tea and coffee making facilities.
Depending on availability, single en suite accommodation may be available in a double room at a reduced price.

How to Book

Terms and Conditions
For all bookings we require a deposit equal to the cost of the first night's stay to confirm the booking. If you are booking within seven days of your visit we will take full payment in advance. We will charge this to your debit or credit card, or you must make sure that this reaches us within 10 days of making the booking. We will send you an email or letter confirming the booking and letting you know what the outstanding balance is. The balance is due on departure. We make a £2 charge for payment by credit card.
If you book online we will normally take your deposit payment and then confirm the booking by e-mail. In some cases we will contact you to confirm price and availability before taking a deposit. (If you haven't received an e-mail from us within a couple of days of making your booking please check your e-mail spam folder or contact us so we can resend the confirmation.)
No Smoking: The Waves is no smoking throughout.
Pets: Pets are not permitted.
Cancellation and Insurance: Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable. If you need to cancel please contact us immediately. For cancellations made up to seven days before your booking you will not be liable for the total balance. For cancellations made after this time or by failing to take up the booking without cancelling you will be liable for the total amount. For this reason you may wish to take out cancellation insurance, which is inexpensive and can be obtained from any good broker.
Non-availability: We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Arrival: Please let us know what time you plan to arrive and if possible we will make your room available for your arrival, but we cannot guarantee that rooms will be available until 3.00pm. Departure: Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10.30am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Your bill for the accommodation is payable on departure.
Damages and Breakages: Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Data: Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held on computer.
