About Us
Kevern and Ruth StaffordWe came to the Adene Hotel in the summer of 2008, and we've since renamed it The Waves.. After living in London, Leeds and York we have come back to Scarborough – which is where we grew up.
Over the winter we have been doing some decorating and adding a few more facilities. We have also introduced new dishes to the breakfast menu with a focus on local, organic and fair trade produce.
